Refund Policy

Kut & Burn Kustoms may collect deposits, booking fees, or payments for custom welding, trailer repair, fabrication, or related services. Because many welding and fabrication projects require labor, materials, scheduling, and custom work, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Deposits may be non-refundable once materials are purchased, work has started, or a scheduled appointment has been reserved.
